The great thing about
prehistory is that it's anyone's guess what people were really
thinking back then... any number of explanations will fit.
Archaeologists are in constant debate about what this or that
find signifies. You can come up with a theory you feel happy
with, and tomorrow there may be another find that overturns it
completely and makes you think again. No-one knows whether or
when the next clue will turn up; it is something like a
never-ending mystery story. I hope you enjoy the site. |
